Baobab Blueprints & Design is a dedicated and versatile architectural building design practice based in Perth, Western Australia.

We offer a broad portfolio of design and documentation experience spanning commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
Our practice is comprised of a highly capable team of designers and draftspersons, including experienced architectural professionals and graduates.

The practice is led by Jade Liebel, an experienced architectural building designer specialising in commercial, industrial, mining, renewable energy and residential projects.

Baobab Blueprints & Design is underpinned by a high-calibre team that includes building designers, draftspersons, and architecture interns progressing through their tertiary studies. Together the team brings a practical and collaborative approach to every project, with expertise across all stages of the architectural design and documentation process.

As the Director of Baobab Blueprints & Design, Jade oversees all aspects of concept & design development, documentation, and construction support, ensuring that each project balances design quality with buildability.

    FOUNDING DIRECTOR

    With over 12 years of experience across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects in Australia and South Africa, Jade brings a practical and collaborative approach to every project.

    His experience in planning navigation, compliance, construction documentation, and site support, ensures projects are both functional and buildable.

    Known for delivering practical and collaborative outcomes, Jade leads Baobab Blueprints & Design with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnerships.

    BUILDING DESIGNER

    Contributing strong technical knowledge and practical design skills across a wide range of project types, Liz ensures design intent is carried through to construction with accuracy and efficiency. Her collaborative approach supports seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

  • Sophie Oliver

    ARCHITECURAL INTERN

    Currently completing her Architecture studies at Curtin University, Sophie brings fresh ideas and high energy to the team. She assists across concept development, drafting, and visual renderings, helping to deliver desired project outcomes. Sophie’s enthusiasm and creative approach add valuable perspective to both residential and commercial projects.
